As per reports, earlier Apple had begun the production of its next-gen iPhone featuring Force Touch and now some leaks in the market also indicate the same. Force Touch is the feature that was launched with Apple watch and with the new macBook this year.
Force Touch is a pressure sensitive technology developed by Apple which permits a device to differentiate between different types touches on screen. A strong press and a light press needs different amount of pressure, this technology vary between the input pressures by establishing electrodes around the screen.
According to a post by Chinese repair firm Geekbar on Weibo, the leaked images shows the front and back of the iPhone 6s display with new LCD components. The handset has speaker and front camera positioned same as in the previous iPhone models, screen have couple of dots which were not available in the previous ones.
As reported by Bloomberg, the device will come in the same 4.7 –inch and 5.5 –inch models and has same exterior design as that of current iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. The device may come with a new NFC chip in iPhone 6s.
Apple plans to reduce the number of chips the company uses in their Smartphone’s. The company may use a Cirrus Logic audio chip, a Murata Wi-Fi module, and wireless power amplifiers from RFMD, Triquint, Avago and Skyworks within the iPhone 6S as well.
According to 9to5mac, it is expected that the Apple may not dispatch the 16GB Flash storage option. The leaks from South Korean news outlets suggested that the company has increased the production of display for iPhone 6s to meet expected demand for 30 to 40 million customers. Yet there is no news about the iPhone 6s prices.
