Micromax Launched its First Android Lollipop Based Tablet: Micromax Tab P680



Micromax the domestic technology giant has launched a new tablet, Micromax Canvas Tab. The tablet prices starts from Rs. 9,499, it comes with built-in-dual box speaker for loud and clear audio. 

Vineet Taneja, CEO, Micromax Informatics at the launch event said that “Our new series of Canvas Tabs has helped us rise to become a leading player in the tablet category. Our tablets now offer an immersive internet and entertainment experience to our customers. Our line-up has been very well expected by consumers.” 

The Micromax Canvas Tab P680 is boosted by a 1.3GHz Quad Core processor combined with 1GB of RAM; the device offers 16GB of inbuilt storage that can be expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card.
The new Tab from Micromax comes with (20.32cm) 8-inch WXGA IPS Display of screen resolution 800 x 1280 pixels with Anti-Glare coating.

This is the first tablet from the company that runs on the Android Lollipop operating system. The Micromax Tab P680 sports a 5MP Autofocus rear camera and a 2MP of front-facing camera for video calling and selfies lovers.

In connectivity options, the device features 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro USB 2.0 with OTG support, and 3.5mm Audio Jack port. This dual-SIM supported tablet is power backed by a 4,000mAh battery. 

The Micromax Canvas Tab P680 is available in metallic copper color for purchase from 22nd August, 2015 at all the retail stores of major cities like Jaipur, Delhi, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida, Pune etc.
