Sony has expanded its Cyber-shot RX series in India with the
launch two new models in the category that boost its advanced camera portfolio.
The company has been launched Cyber-shot RX100IV and Cyber-shot RX10 II in
India. Sony claim that the new cameras comes with world’s first stacked 1.0
CMOS sensor with DRAM memory chip.
The Sony Cyber-shot RX 100 IV and RX 10 II features with a
lot of new technologies and features built to increase the camera quality and
photography experience for users. The Cyber-shot RX 10II can shoot 4K videos up
to length of 29 minutes, on the other hand RX 100IV of approximately 5 minutes.
The Cyber-shot RX 10II offers a 24-70mm, F1.8-F2.8 lens and
a 180 degree tilting LCD viewfinder. The RX 10 II has 21-200mm F2.8 lens and
has the same design as that of its predecessor. Both the camera offers user to
take 16.8MP still picture during video shooting by just pressing the shutter
down button.
The new models of Sony’s RX series are first in the Cyber-shot
category to capture 4k video. This functionality
is possible through the use of the XAVC S codec, which records 4k video at rate
of 100Mbps and 50Mbps during full-HD recording.
The company set the camera price for RX100 IV and RX 10 II
at Rs. 69,990 and 94,990 respectively. And for more news on camera and
